Can I give less than 1 star? This school, no matter what happens now or what was reversed, allowed students to BULLY a student with special needs, ignored his complaints and, in fact, MUST HAVE ignored the bullying itself since it was happening right in class and the teachers were oblivious. THEN, as if that isn't enough, when the student recorded the bullying on his school issued IPad (issued due to his special needs) they threatened to charge him with "federal wire tapping" and did charge him with disorderly conduct. Apparently, the town police is also as ignorant as the school officials are because they joined together in continuing the bullying that the kids in this boy's class had started. I live in PA and my son has special needs and I will make everyone knows about this injustice until this boy gets an apology and they need to pay for this students CHOICE of private schooling! They bullies MUST be expelled since they will do this to other students. Personally, I think that both the principal/superintendent AND the police lieutenant that was involved in this. Plus this idiotic judge who convicted this innocent victim of disorderly conduct should be investigated along with all of the other party members. This sounds like SOMETHING illegal going on here such as the bullies in the classroom being related to someone with power and their using this power to control the outcome. It's hard for me to believe that this many people are so screwed up in their mind to cause such a travesty of justice. The people need to support these students who are being abused by the system that is suppose to protect them.

Sorry excuse of a principle at this school. They allow bullies - they turn a blind eye. Keep your kids safe by not enrolling them here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a mother and a member of a family of educators, I hope you rethink your position on the young man who was reportedly being bullied, ignored when he complained, and ultimately punished for recording the abuse. This is absolutely the wrong message to send to our youth.
